Refund policy
Magnolia Barn does not accept returns. Most items are handmade after your order and personalized. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at shopmagnoliabarn@gmail.com.
If you have any concern about your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We want your experience with Magnolia Barn, LLC to be as positive and seamless as possible.
**We provide handmade, custom wood products. Due to the nature of wood, each project will be unique and special. There may be some imperfections such as small chips, cracks, indentations, knots, etc., giving each item its individual characteristics. We will not provide you with anything that we would not use ourselves!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All packages will include tracking information, as well as an origin scan. We make sure that each package is scanned in at the Post Office so that our customers can be assured we have shipped your items.
Shipping insurance is NOT included with economy shipping. This means that if your product is damaged during shipping Magnolia Barn LLC is not responsible for USPS damage. Please select STANDARD shipping so that we can add shipping insurance to your package for the total amount of your purchase.
If there is an issue of shipping damage. You must report it within 48 hours of receiving your package. Clear pictures of the damage as well as the packaging materials must be submitted for a shipping insurance claim to be filed. All products, and shipping materials, must be kept until a final decision is made through the shipping insurance company.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
