Shipping & Delivery Information:

This item ships for free with USPS Ground Advantage. Once you receive tracking information to your email, packages are delivered within 4-5 business days and USPS Tracking service is included in the price. With Ground Advantage $100 insurance is included through the Post Office. Please contact your local Post office if this option is needed.

USPS Priority Mail is $5 additional and includes $100 shipping insurance and delivery within 2-3 business days.

Returns: 

This is a custom ordered/personalized product made to order once your order is placed and is not eligible for a refund. If there is an issue with your product when you receive it, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Once the files have been recieved, it is not possible to return or exchange them. Therefore, I am unable to offer refunds or cancellations for digital products. Please ensure that you review the product listing carefully before making a purchase, and feel free to contact me with any questions prior to checkout.
